Our story begins at the new Mammoth City Jail...
...where Kent Dale is getting an award for the city's "Man of the Year".
The Jester is the first prisoner...
...and Tigerlady...
...and Willy help him to escape!
Meanwhile, back at Dale Manor Kent and his
nephew Jack enjoy a game of chess.
They are visited by Tracy Tyler, from the Tabloid.
When a call comes in...
...from the Mayor.
The Jester and Tigerlady have plans for the Mayor.
Using "evil venom" they control the Mayor...
and plan to take over the city!
This is all witnessed from the Gnat Nest...
...once Teen Marvel "turns on" the Gnat-a-scope.
Our Hero's vow that justice will be served!
The villains celebrate their success...
...as the Powerful Pair makes their way to the roof top.
An accident occurs...
...and Gnatgirl saves them from a dastardly death!
Gnatman says, "Thanks"...
...and everybody's happy!
Just then the Jester arrives...
...with Tigerlady, who transforms the Teen Marvel.
The all go to the Legion of E.V.I.L.'s command ship...
...where our villains trap them!
Tigerlady has plans of her own for Gnatman...
...but he is prepared with his paralyzing Gnat Lip Balm.
A high speed chase ensues...
...as the villains race to Mammoth City Dam!
Willy and the Jester prepare to throw the Evil Venom (Tigerlady) into the resevoir...
...when Gnatgirl...
...and our Hero's save the day!
